Well ... Don't know why, but after studying human resource and reading so much about compensation and motivation and even keeping human factor in mind, I just unable to get rid of this idea that we want to make Man, a machine.
Maximizing the output of human being, how to keep them motivated to work in our interest, to maximize our profits.
We are in a big curse, buddies !!!
